So I decided to learn my first trading algorithm.
I mean I quit my job a couple of months ago so I got a lot of time now, and I figured since I studied economics, and since I’ve been trading stocks for some time now, that I would give algo trading a go.
Of course I did a quick google search to see what courses were out there regarding this topic, and I ended up finding this course on Coursera called “Trading Algorithms”, taught by Prasanna Tantri from the Indian School of Business.
If you’ve never checked out Coursera, check it out cause its pretty fucking dope. I think the website was created by Andrew Ng, who was a Harvard professor and who probably has the most well known intro to Machine Learning course of all time.
They got all kinds of shit on here though and the courses are actually taught by current or past credible professors from legit ass universities. Just go ahead and take a big ass bong rip one night and listen to a physics or biology course or something and get your mind blown.
By the way, like usual I just took a big ass hit of some good ass Sativa myself so I might be going all over the place with this article, and I apologize ahead of time if none of this makes sense to you.
This Trading Algorithms course is “4 weeks” altogether, but you’ll get through this a lot quicker than 4 weeks. I finished the whole thing in a week, but you could honestly finish it quicker…
